 Where do you ship?

We ship to the United Kingdom, over 50 European countries, United States of America, Canada and Australia.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

United Kingdom (Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For) shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.

Worldwide (Royal Mail & Partners - International Signed & Tracked) shipping takes between 6 to 14 business days.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave Jaspersparkle - we also send you the tracking number via email so you can check it's progress too. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you.

What items are eligible for return?

At Jaspersparkle we understand that you can never be 100% sure that an item is going to suite you until you try it on. Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date.

Please return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

Items must be in their original condition, must be unworn, and include the individual "Change of Use" certificate.

Customer to pay the return shipping (we recommend signed and tracked shipping)

Once we receive the item we will issue a refund (excludes initial postage costs).

* UK exchanges - customers will be charged a £5 shipping fee.

* Worldwide exchanges - customers will be charged our shipping fee for their respective country.

How much is the return shipping fee?

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift card for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 28 of the date on which they were purchased.
