This spoon ring began life in Chester 1926 as a silver coffee spoon! - and is made from the handle portion of the spoon.
Presented in a solid wood case with leatherette interior and has the assay office details and date printed inside the case.
It is accompanied by the"Origin of the Spoon Ring" history card, detailing how the silver spoon ring was traditionally used as a wedding ring in the 17th century.
Complies with current "Change of Use" regulations (Hallmarking Act 1973).
