This ring began life in Exeter 1850 as a silver teaspoon! and is handcrafted from the handle portion of the spoon.

The ring is presented in a solid wood case with leatherette interior, and has the assay office details and date printed inside the case.

Accompanied by our "Origin of the Spoon Ring" history card, detailing how the silver spoon ring was traditionally used as a wedding ring in the 17th century.

Complies with current "Change of Use" regulations (Hallmarking Act 1973). .
