This is a handmade heavy gauge Victorian silver fish knife cuff bangle, with a King's pattern design original to the fish knife. The bangle weighs an impressive 70g.
The original hallmarks for London 1854 have been retained and are visible on the inside edge of the bangle. (ref SP1852).
This bangle began life in London 1854 as a silver fish knife, this bangle has been handcrafted using the complete knife.
A lovely Birthday, Christmas, Christening, Wedding, Confirmation or any celebratory present, or a “to me from me” treat!, quite unique and snazzy, with oodles of history and a major talking point!
The diameter of this bangle is 7cm, the bangle is sprung so it will "give" to allow the hand to go through, and shaped to an oval to fit the wrist comfortably.
Handcrafted using only hand tools on the Isle of Anglesey in North Wales :-)
The bangle is presented in a Green antique style leatherette case, and has the assay office details and date printed on the inside the case.
